One of the things I really hate about ‘being a blogger’ is the fact that anytime I have a lot of other stuff to do, be it job interviews, revision or just life. The blog gets neglected, and the longer I leave it the harder it becomes to get back on here and post an update. However here I am for another couple of weeks of randomly interspersed posts, before disappearing again for another month or so.

Colours (not to be confused with the recently deceased Colour) have recently moved to London after meeting at university in the ‘not-quite-a-city’ Bournemouth. The insular small-town feeling expressed by the band in interviews can be heard within their music, as they kick out jams like No Age nosediving through Sonic Youth’s back-catalogue.They have a 7” out soon on Sleep All Day Records, who are also putting out great singles from Fair Ohs and French Kissing.
