I’ve been thinking a lot recently about what the future holds for music as a tangible product. It won’t be long till CD’s become obselete and what then…? One of the more interesting ideas I’ve came across recently was the band Breton putting out their debut release - ‘Sharing Notes EP’ as a CD incased in a circuit board which can also double up as a synth.

I could spend the whole of this post talking about how beautifuly executed and cool this is it but instead you can see for yourself by viewing the excellent music video here. The music itself is like listening to Three Trapped Tigers if they were playing at a really good house party and therefore obviously contains elements of both Foals and Battles. Intelligent electronic with intelligent hooks.
